Ziv is the Founder & Managing Partner of Bruziv Landscaping. Ziv is also the Founder & Managing Partner of Bruziv Partners, a leading Property Management, Investments and Operations firm, that specializes in acquiring, renovating and managing a portfolio of undervalued multifamily properties. Before establishing these companies, Ziv served as Chief Operating Officer at Resilience Capital Partners, a Cleveland-based private equity firm specializing in investing in lower middle market companies. Ziv was the Chief Financial Officer of TOA Technologies, an international leader in mobile workforce management software. Prior to TOA, Ziv was the Chief Financial Officer of the Parkwood Corporation; a Cleveland based family office with a multi-billion-dollar portfolio consisting of real estate, private equity, hedge funds, and other alternative investment vehicles. Mr. Sarig also served as an officer in an infantry combat unit in the Israeli Defense Forces, commanding and training over 60 combat soldiers. Ziv is a CPA and received his MBA and bachelor’s degree from the College of Management in Tel Aviv, Israel.

Jon is the Founder & Partner of Bruziv Landscaping. Jon is also a Partner of Bruziv Partners, a leading Property Management, Investments and Operations firm, that specializes in acquiring, renovating and managing a portfolio of undervalued multifamily properties. Jon has a diverse and extensive 30-year background in the Commercial Real Estate industry in Greater Cleveland, and across the United States. Jonathan is a licensed real estate salesman who has worked for several of the top retail brokerage firms in Cleveland, including Reisenfeld and Company, and Doppelt and Company. In these brokerage capacities, Jonathan represented many landlords and tenants locally and nationally. He was also a Real Estate Director for Dots, Inc., a Cleveland based women's apparel chain. In this capacity, Jonathan was responsible for scouting new store locations for Dots throughout the United States, applying market research and analysis to determine the best locations for these stores. Jonathan also has represented a developer of multi-family properties in their desire to find suitable land for their developments. He has also been an active investor in real estate, including ownership of single-family homes and strip centers. Jonathan received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia, and his MBA from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. He also recently received a Certificate of Nonprofit Management degree from The Mandel Center for Nonprofit Organizations at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio.

Amy thrives behind the scenes, ensuring seamless operations within the company. Committed to delivering top-notch customer service to both clients and colleagues, she approaches her work with dedication and diligence. Outside of work, Amy unwinds by hiking and traveling with her husband, cherishing moments with her children and two grandchildren, Nikolaj & Josephine. Her interests include painting, photography, cooking, reading, and advocating for animal welfare.

Tommy Milde is a veteran, accomplished Landscaping & Snow Removal Manager with over twenty-four (24) years of experience. Tommy was previously an account manager with H&M. Tommy is a certified Landscape Technician with the Ohio National Association of Landscape Professionals. Honesty, integrity, and attention to details are just a few words to describe this outstanding manager. Tommy is an expert in landscaping, snow management and property enhancements. He enjoys working outdoor. Tommy leads & guides his teams with safety, quality, and production efficiency as top priorities. The passion and dedication to his teams and customers are unprecedented and a reason why he is known as a top notch, successful manager. In his free time, Tommy works towards improving his skill set and enjoys spending time with his family.

Bobby Lester grew up in Northeastern Arkansas and began learning about lawn maintenance the same way many people do: by mowing his neighbors’ lawns and for other friends and family. He quickly saw that working outside and doing landscape projects was a true passion of his and was also a good way to earn some extra spending money. Landscaping and lawn maintenance were the only jobs he ever had as he grew older, and they continued to support him as it turned into a small business that he continued to operate for 10 years. During that time, the passion to learn and gain more knowledge about the green industry only deepened, and it continues to grow for him to this day. Bobby joined Bruziv Landscaping in early 2024 as a Sales & Marketing Manager for Bruziv Landscaping. Being dependable, professional, and developing long-lasting relationships with his clients remain his top priorities. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife, Kaylee, and his two daughters and two sons, Maeleigh, Mckenzie, Mason, and Robby. They enjoy camping, spending time on the lake, concerts, and just about anything that they can enjoy outdoors in Northeast Ohio.
